Almost all hospitals have a resident IMs. You can simply go to the one near your location for convenience. Some of them may be available at the ER while others have specialization and attend patients at the OPD clinic.

They usually have the same specialization in diagnosing health problems. In most cases, the different lies only on the patient’s age. For example, a family medicine may have patients from kids to adults. On the other hand, an internal medicine may attend to patients from 18 years old and above.
