Your cardiologist may have requested a stress test to monitor your heart’s health. This procedure may cost ₱1,500 to ₱5,000 in government and private hospitals. Check the price in our list since they usually include it in a package.

As a standalone procedure, the treadmill version may start from Php 1,500 to Php 3,500 which already includes an echocardiogram (ECG).
Most hospitals offer cardio exams as part of a package. Other diagnostics may include EKG and 2D Echo.

Can I include it in executive check up?
Some hospitals may offer the procedure as an included procedure in executive check up. This will be more convenient to the patient since the schedule and process will be done at the same time.
Will my HMO cover the price?
Some HMO companies and health cards may cover the test as prescribed by the cardiologist. In some companies, up to Php 5,000 is paid for the procedure.
A cheaper version has a price of ₱3,000 in public hospitals. However, appointment is necessary to reserve a slot. Most hospitals offer up to 20% discount services for senior citizen patients.
How should I prepare before the stress test?
The doctor will give you instructions. However, we have found at least two steps which is to avoid smoking and caffeinated foods and drinks hours before the test according to Chinatown Cardiology.
