If you care about your health, this service is a good way for you to maintain a disease free life. According to Healthline, it is advisable to have the check-up every 3 years for people under 50 years old. Older individuals my need it once a year according to Allday.

Anyone may avail the service but it is best to initially assess the appropriate tests to include. Most of the time, those who are prone to having diseases such as senior citizens may benefit from early diseases detection from the check up.
