A good price that we have found costs around Php 975 in a hospital in Makati. You have to schedule an appointment with these centers since it may take up to 1 hour for each session to finish.
A package may cost up to Php 4,800 which will include more than one session.
The price rate of laser therapy may depend on the type of procedure required. In some cases, the rate starts from Php 5,000 and up but these are included in packages of skin centers.
I have come across a case rate and Philhealth can cover up to Php 7,290 for such a procedure.
Types
In other types of medical needs, the procedure may also be referred to as light therapy. The doctor will recommend the use of ultraviolet lights which may include broadband and narrowband AVA or UVB. Cleveland Clinics mentions that even though the procedure is safe, it may have side effects to those with skin disorders like allergy to sunlight.
